Gobelet-System 60 years old vines.
Clay – Limestone.
Destemmed and not crushed grapes. Pre-fermentative maceration for 2 days.
Malolactic fermentation in french oak barrels. Aged for 18 months in french oak.
Intense black cherry in colour. Aromas of wild berries, herbs, complex minerals, and elegant ageing on the background. Full flavoured, well balanced with a long lasting finish, adding structure and character.
