Elaboration process:
Destemmed and not crushed grapes. Fermentation process makes at low temperature.
Malolactic fermentation and aging for 6 months in french oak barrels.

3-5 years.

4.000 bottles.
Tasting notes:
Bright and clear ruby color, characteristic of the grenache from Rioja Alavesa. Intense aromas of tobacco leaf and hazelnut toast, roses and sweet
cherry on a background of vanilla. Silky mouth and strawberry wild flavour. Aftertaste is warm with hints of sweet fruit.
